Culture Night 2026- The Le Chéile Collective

This Culture Night, the Le Chéile Collective in Kenmare are hosting a design talk in collaboration with Design Kenmare at the Carnegie Arts Centre, Kenmare. The evening will kick off at 6:30pm with a welcome reception and screen-printing demonstration with local artist Rosina Law-Braney in the foyer.   At 8pm, Design Kenmare festival organiser, Naoise Nunn will host a design talk on the Carnegie stage with a select group of Kenmare creatives.  A relaxed conversation with the speakers will discuss their creative practice, collaborations and their experiences of living and working in Kenmare.  The speakers will discuss the rich cultural history of Kenmare and explore how this influences their practice and inspires their creative process.

This event forms part of Cultúr 2026: Sharing Ireland’s Culture, the national cultural programme for Ireland’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union, and is supported by the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport through Culture Ireland.
